Orders within Cairo and Giza are typically delivered within 2-3 business days. For other governorates, delivery may take 4-6 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Egypt, as well as secure online payments via Visa and Mastercard.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping fees for returns are covered by the customer unless the item is defective.
